No refund on booking, if cancelled within one week of the booking date.

Incase of rain/bad weather, the booking will be postponed to a later date.

Full Refund if the product is broken/damaged at the time of delivery.

If paid by credit card, refunds will be issued to the original credit card provided at the time of purchase and in case of payment gateway; name payments refund will be made to the same account.
